Mang Domeng’s Bibingka is a family business that started more than sixty (60) years ago in a traditional manner where the family member/s cook and the others sell it just outside their house. The recipe passed through generation.
Last 2016, the product was introduced to the market through social media and immediately became a big hit. The expansion started January 2017 and continuously until today.
Started with one (1) stall and seven (7) employees, today we already have almost 100 franchise stalls and more than 100 employees.
